Mindful Fathering is a 12-week group program for dads who want to build safer, stronger relationships with their kids - and the tools to make them last.
Most relationship programs aren't built for fathers. Mindful Fathering is.

This service is for anyone who wants better outcomes in their relationships, or are worried about someone else’s behaviour. We support people who:
– Want to handle conflict better in their relationships
– Are concerned their behaviour might be affecting loved ones
– Want to improve their relationship with their partner, children, or family members
– Are worried about someone and want guidance on how to help them
This is a voluntary service – you’re here because you’re choosing to explore change. There’s no judgement, just support for anyone who wants to build healthier relationships. We work with people from all backgrounds, and you don’t need to share anything you’re not comfortable discussing.
Reaching out is the first step toward positive change. When you contact us, you’ll be connected with a trained professional who will listen without judgment and work with you to identify your goals and explore healthier ways of handling challenges.
We’ll meet you where you’re comfortable – we can text, talk, live chat, or email. Together, we’ll talk about what you want to work on and connect you with resources that support the future you want to build.
You’re in control of your journey, and we’re here to support you at whatever pace feels right.
Your privacy and confidentiality matters to us. We want you to feel safe enough to speak openly and honestly.
There are limits to confidentiality however. For example, if we suspect child abuse, maltreatment or imminent danger to either yourself or others, we are legally obliged to take action to ensure public safety.
To learn more, please consult our Privacy Policy.
This program is not connected with Children’s Aid Societies or law enforcement and will only engage with law enforcement if we become aware of an imminent threat to public safety, or CAS if we suspect child abuse.
Thank you for reaching out – we know that it can be difficult to ask for support.
