Remember: you’re already taking the first step by being here.
Change is a process, and it can take time. Every attempt is a step forward, and you don’t have to do it alone. With the right support and tools, many people can work towards respectful and peaceful relationships.
That’s completely okay. You don’t have to wait until things get really bad to reach out – many people contact us early when they notice unhealthy patterns or feel unsure about how they’re handling conflict. Change is often easier when you take steps sooner, but there’s no pressure.
If you don’t know where to start, that’s normal too. When you’re ready, we’ll begin with a simple conversation about what’s happening in your life and where you’d like to see change. We’ll take it one step at a time.
Feel free to bookmark this site and return when you’re ready. Support is here for you at any stage, and you can reach out at any time.
We can’t reach out to someone directly – change has to be their choice. But we can help you.
We can provide guidance on how to have a supportive conversation with them, share information about our services that you can pass along when they’re ready, and offer support for you in dealing with this challenging situation.
Many people who use our service first heard about it from someone who cared about them. Sometimes the best thing you can do is let them know help is available without judgment when they’re ready.
